Marketplace commission policy

Unustore charges a platform commission of 3.00% on each paid order from your shop. The remaining 97.00% is your shop earning. This rate comes from current platform settings and is recorded when you agree.

Purchase, delivery & receipt policy

After you buy and your payment is received by Unustore, the product is sent to you. You will receive your item within 1–5 days after you pay, wherever you are in Tanzania.
Once the product reaches you, you must state that you received it by tapping Mark as received on the order. If you do not confirm and have not opened a dispute, we mark the order as received 7 days after the purchase date.
